Great care is taken to accurately represent our natural alexandrite jewelry and gemstones and other
products both in the photos and in detailed descriptions. Please see our Promise
to You.
Thoroughly review the whole listing and ask questions before purchasing. We will gladly respond
to Emails within 24 hours. Our address and phone number can be found on our Contact Page.
Payment Methods
We accept Master Card, Visa and Discover and PayPal. If you do not have a credit card we can arrange payment
through certified check or money order. Payments made via certified check or money order can delay shipping up to 2 weeks. Countries other than the United States must pay with a Confirmed/Verified PayPal account.
Layaway
To purchase on a layaway plan, please contact us with your personal information
and the item you intend to purchase. A 20% non-refundable initial deposit will
be accepted by certified check or money order and can be sent by postal mail.
Full payment must be received within 2 months of your initial payment. Additional
payments can be made any time; however, to expedite shipping, your final payment
can be made by credit card. Please contact us when you are making your final
payment so we can help you finalize the sale. If full payment is not received
within 2 months, we will attempt to contact you to make other arangements.
If you change your mind, a full refund will only be given up to 10 days from
receiving your deposit. After 10 days, your 20% initial deposit is forifit.
Coupons and Discounts
Periodically we offer coupons and discounts. Coupons
and discounts may not be combined unless specifically specified. If you have
a coupon code with a larger
discount
than an advertised sale, please contact us before purchasing. If you combine
a coupon with another discount, the order will be canceled and your money refunded.
Sales Tax
Florida Residents pay 6.00% Sales Tax.
Shipping
Domestic packages are shipped USPS Insured Priority
Mail. International Orders (outside U.S.) are
shipped via Federal Express (FedEx) when possible.
We strive to ship your package within 24 hours
of receiving your payment (excluding weekends
and holidays). When payment is made with a money
order or certified check, your shipment will
be delayed at least an additional 48 hours for
verification of funds.
Returns
Khazargems has a 10 day no-questions-asked return policy.
We cannot accept returns after 10 days so please
check your item carefully and notify us immediately
if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items
must be returned complete and undamaged with all
original documentation and packaging. Refund is
subject to final inspection and we reserve the
right to refuse refund if item has been worn, damaged,
or altered. Custom jewelry is non-returnable
(including resized items).
To cover the cost of credit card
fees and shipping, we charge a very low
restocking fee. For items shipped to you
via standard shipping, you will receive a full
refund, minus 4.0%. For international orders and
for orders shipped via express shipping, the cost
of shipping and handling, will be added. A
restock fee will not be charged when an item is
returned for store credit that is used to purchase
another similarly priced item.
Occasionally, we run 'free
shipping' promotions where the shipping amount
is credited back on your invoice. When returning
an item where you received 'free shipping',
the actual shipping cost will be subtracted from
your refund. To speed up the return process, please
call or email to obtain a Return Murchandise Authrization (RMA) number.
Items must be returned insured with a tracking number. We are not responsible
for lost returned shipments.

Ring Resizing
We offer the option for rings to be resized by by our master jeweler. We are sorry, but any ring that has been altered, including being resized, is non-returnable.

Your privacy is our concern. We do not share or sell your
name, email address, or any other personal information
to third parties. When purchasing, your contact information is
entered into our customer database and you will
receive periodic promotional email directly from
us. If you do not wish for us to contact you in the future, please let
us know.
